Meet The Team

Crist has 30+ years of construction experience. He has an eye for detail and design. In his spare time, Crist enjoys spending time with his family and going on motorcycle trips. Crist enjoys seeing the cooperative effort it takes to complete a project for the homeowners. His reputation for honesty and integrity precedes him. 

Justin is the youngest of Crist’s sons. He recently graduated with a Business Degree and is working full time for Schwartz Builders in the office and in the field. Justin grew up in Kalona, Iowa where his dad taught him the trade from a young age. Justin's favorite part of his job is setting trusses on new homes. In his free time, he enjoys playing instruments and coaching basketball. His willingness to learn and finance knowledge makes him a great asset to the business.

Cambridge does the Design work and plans for Schwartz Builders. Cambridge has an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) in Architectural Technology. He is from the rural Wellman, Iowa area. He enjoys construction because he loves helping make people's dreams become a reality. In his free time, he enjoys playing volleyball, learning about history and languages, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family. His design work is top of the line and he is a valuable part of Schwartz Builders. 

Blake is one of Crist's sons. Blake grew up in Kalona, Iowa at the job sites working alongside his dad. He enjoys building new houses and being able to work outside. Some of his hobbies include his passion for music, building custom furniture, and various other outdoor activities. His eye for detail and patience to see a project through make him a great asset to Schwartz Builders.
